2011 Commencement Details
The February 2011 commencement date is set for February 12, 2011
NOTE: In order to participate in the commencement ceremony, a graduate must complete all their program requirements before the commencement ceremony date. Two weeks prior to the ceremony, each graduate's official graduation status will be verified through the Records Office.
**No tickets are required for commencement.

Western Governors University student regalia is available through Jostens. The official regalia color is NAVY.
Graduating students wear the traditional academic regalia to commencement exercises.

Please wear your regalia to the graduation venue the day of graduation. Make sure you remove any wrinkles in your gown. This can be done by steaming or spot cleaning. DO NOT dry clean or wash your gown.
You may begin to order regalia now.
Orders received after TBD Date will be charged a $10 late fee. To order regalia through Jostens, please click on the picture link below or call by phone at

Graduation attendees will be recognized individually at commencement. Your diploma and official transcripts will be mailed to you within two to three weeks of receipt of your application for graduation, assuming you have no outstanding financial obligations.
