To be considered as a graduate speaker, you must:

• Be a WGU graduate.
• Submit a complete application by March 2, 2018.
• Be able to attend in person to deliver your speech at commencement.
• Be willing and available to speak with media, including an interview by WGU on video.
• Participate in the entire commencement ceremony (processional, conferral of degrees, and recessional).
